Amazing as always. Every visit is always super easy. No stress or anxiety from this building. I reached out to Ivory a few years ago after not going to a dentist for over a decade. Everyone is always so friendly and professional. The best dental hygienists I've ever seen they all have over a decade of experience. Constantly check on your comfort level during cleaning. Dr Tim Rollingson is easily the best dentist I've ever seen he explains everything gives you options doesn't push unnecessary procedures. The whole team is amazing: from friendly reception to friendly and professional hygenists and Doctors. They have helped me with cracked wisdom tooth removal ( which was basically painless as a note I'm totally fine with needles so a little pin prick for freezing was nothing but they even give you a numbing agent to help alleviate even that minor inconvenience of split second pain) They Helped with long overdue cleaning and now regular cleaning and check ups. Always sending me with new toothbrush and little kit. They give reminder cards for next appt and they text and email me reminders prior as well (which I very much appreciate) They do automatic billing with my insurance from work so making payments for services are easy one and done at the counter after my appointment. They will send pre approval requests for out of the ordinary work that may need to be done so you can know what something would cost prior to even accepting or having the work done. They are the Best best best best best. I seriously cannot recommend enough easily best dental office I've been to they deserve as many kudos as one can give.

May 2024. I have been a client of Ivory Dental for over 2 decades. The staff have been warm friendly helpful accommodating extremely well trained and professional. Their excellent service has been totally consistent. I was told by a different dentist that Dr. Rollingson has the best sleep sedation capabilities of any dentist South of Calgary. Freezing does not work for me and I have appreciated Dr. Rollingson's efforts to provide excellent pain free dental services. He is extremely well trained/ educated warm friendly easy to talk to accommodating to my individual circumstances and meticulously explains what is wrong and the pros and cons of the treatment options. I have had 2 emergency appointments in the last couple of weeks. I expected Dr. Rollingson to be rushed and efficient - nope - he gave me the same excellent care and attention that he has always given me. I was very anxious when I had to go there yesterday for a broken tooth. Dr. Rollingson took such good care of me that I called him a "Super Hero". He really is amazing and I am so grateful that he is providing my dental care.

Ivory Dental was my first dentist since moving to Lethbridge for University and I’ve been going here for a few years now. I can certainly say that I have not been disappointed and that I’ve loved every visit! As a teenager who just moved out for the first time picking a dentist definitely felt overwhelming as it’s always been something my parents did for me. At Ivory Dental I decided to start out with a cleaning after someone at the University recommended them just to test the waters. It was a fantastic experience and each visit has been the same! The staff are so friendly and the dental hygienists are all very skilled. When I have my teeth checked by either dentist it doesn’t feel rushed at all nor do they try to push you towards unnecessary treatments. If you’re looking for a dentist I absolutely recommend choosing Ivory Dental!

I had dental prohylaxis done today and had a few questions about my teeth.Maeghan was my hygienist and she was wonderful!Very thorough and made me feel comfortable. She took the time to answer all my questions very knowledgeable and fantastic at her job. I also had a quick checkup with Dr. Heggie and he is professionalknowledgeableand approachable. He removed my anxiety about some conerns I had. I felt genuinely cared for and received excellent service. All the staff I encountered there were kind and welcoming.Highly recommemd them!

Today was my very first visit to Ivory Dental. The front desk ladies were very helpful and welcoming. Meaghan was awesome to have as a hygienist. She was very thorough gentle and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. We shared some great conversation during my appointment as well. Dr. Rollingson was also wonderful to chat with about my cleaning/exam and just general conversation as well. I look forward to my next appointment at Ivory Dental and will highly recommend them to others! Thanks again you guys!

I had a root canal 🦷 procedure done yesterday. The front desk lady was so kind and funny and knew my sister. I was extremely nervous to have this procedure done but the dental assistant was so friendly and cool she answered all my concerns with ease! The Dentist was very professional to me and loved my tattoos!😍 I got many compliments on my outfit and felt very much seen and appreciated. I will recommend “Ivory Dental” to anyone I know. This is the most caring dental practice I have ever seen. I was traveling through town and had a dental emergency. They worked me in diagnosed my problem and repaired my filling so I could continue my trip pain free. And then —would not charge me at all! From the moment I first called until I walked in received treatment and left I was treated as if they had known me for years! If you’re looking for a dental practice this is the one for you!!!

I always love coming to Ivory for my appointments. They are super professional and friendly they direct bill to my insurance company send me reminders well in advance and the hygienists are so quick and gentle! Not to mention they always do such a thorough job and check in frequently to make sure I’m comfortable while taking notes on any sensitivities with my teeth and then adjusting for the next appt to make my experience even better.

Dr Tim Rollingson

General Dentist

Dr. Rollingson obtained his Doctor of Dental Surgery from the University of Alberta in 2004. Prior to attending the U of A, he earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Science, majoring in Biochemistry from the University of Lethbridge. He is also a graduate of Winston Churchill High School in Lethbridge. Dr. Rollingson and his wife Christine have four wonderful children. The family has had great times on family vacations, often visiting various restaurants featured on the TV series “Diners, Drive-In’s and Dives”.
Dr Shawn Heggie

General Dentist

Dr. Heggie was born and raised in Southern Alberta. He enjoys giving back to the community through coaching basketball and sponsoring local sports teams. He graduated from the University of Alberta in 2004 alongside Dr. Rollingson. His personable and professional manner have earned him a great reputation in the dental field. Along with his 20+ years of general dentistry experience, he brings with him the addition of offering BOTOX treatments for therapeutic and facial esthetic. Dr. Heggie enjoys spending time with his wife Joni and their three children. He loves to spend his free time golfing, camping, playing basketball and watching ESPN.
Dr Trent Bevans

General Dentist

Dr. Bevans graduated from the University of Saskatchewan (U of S) with a DDS degree in 2012. While attending university, he joined the Canadian Armed Forces to enhance his practical education in dentistry. After graduating from dental school, Dr. Bevans completed his basic training and was stationed in Cold Lake, Alberta, where he served as an Army Captain until the fall of 2015. In July 2016, Dr. Bevans relocated to Vernon with his young family to begin working as an associate at a dental practice, which he later purchased in April 2017. Dr. Bevans enjoys all aspects of general dentistry, as well as orthodontics and oral surgery.

He is very passionate about his work. Outside of the dental office, he enjoys construction and is an avid hunter. Dr. Bevans loves exploring the outdoors and camping at the lake with his family.
