Me and my wife had the best experience at Ivory dental that we have ever had with any dentists office before. My wife is 9 months pregnant and had been experiencing extreme dental pain for over 12 hours. Unfortunately her regular dentist was away on holidays which left us with very limited options. The emergency department was unable to provide any procedure that would help and the pain medications they provided at 3am were not working and so we called Ivory dental the next day. The receptionist kindly agreed to allow my partner to come in that morning to be assessed. The office was happy to obtain x-rays from her prior dentist to save on costs. The dentist Dr. Tim Rollingson was excellent, he was kind and explained our options thoroughly. Her options were to remove the tooth or have a root canal. My wife wanted to get the tooth pulled to save on costs however Dr. Rollingson was very compassionate and gave my wife a break on costs as he knew she should do everything to preserve the tooth rather than pull it out. I have never had such a positive experience with a dentist and his colleagues. We were so pleased with the experience that we plan to switch to Ivory dental for all of our future needs. I want to send a heartfelt thankyou to Dr. Rollingson and all staff involved in this experience as my wife had suffered pain for over 12 hours prior to you seeing her promptly. This has given me renewed confidence in the realm of dentistry as I had always had negative experiences in the past where I only felt like a change purse for the office. I would highly recommend visiting Ivory dental if you want a personalized experience where staff members show compassion and are very knowledgeable. Thanks so much! You saved my wife her tooth and provided the urgent pain relief she needed after being up all night in agony. You will never know how much this experience meant to her and to me.

I was new to this area and simply made an appointment as I had to get my implants removed. The whole group of people there were absolutely excellent. The dentist did what I wanted done in no time at all. Gave me options with round about pricing on everything. What a very nice and easy office. Everything was done in moments even though I was a new client. Once the freezing was gone I've had absolutely no pain. Thank you guys. This was one of the best experiences I've had in a long time. Can't wait to come back

Having had traumatizing experiences with dentists as a child, I have an extremely difficult time having routine cleanings and dental procedures now as an adult. Dr Rollingson and his amazing team at Ivory Dental were extremely kind and respectful of my fears and compromised medical condition & took every effort to make my visit as stress free and painless as possible. I can't thank them enough for their patience & understanding and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone seeking top notch dental care!

The office is one of the most professional dentist office that I have visited and the dentist and the staff are always very friendly and polite. I had a wisdom tooth extracted and even though it felt like he was pulling my brain out at one point the dentist provided a prescription to help ease the pain. Would recommend to anyone wishing to get dental work as they are reasonably priced and very thorough with thier work.

Our Dentists

Dr Tim Rollingson

General Dentist

Dr. Rollingson obtained his Doctor of Dental Surgery from the University of Alberta in 2004. Prior to attending the U of A, he earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Science, majoring in Biochemistry from the University of Lethbridge. He is also a graduate of Winston Churchill High School in Lethbridge. Dr. Rollingson and his wife Christine have four wonderful children. The family has had great times on family vacations, often visiting various restaurants featured on the TV series “Diners, Drive-In’s and Dives”.
Dr Shawn Heggie

General Dentist

Dr. Heggie was born and raised in Southern Alberta. He enjoys giving back to the community through coaching basketball and sponsoring local sports teams. He graduated from the University of Alberta in 2004 alongside Dr. Rollingson. His personable and professional manner have earned him a great reputation in the dental field. Along with his 20+ years of general dentistry experience, he brings with him the addition of offering BOTOX treatments for therapeutic and facial esthetic. Dr. Heggie enjoys spending time with his wife Joni and their three children. He loves to spend his free time golfing, camping, playing basketball and watching ESPN.
Dr Trent Bevans

General Dentist

Dr. Bevans graduated from the University of Saskatchewan (U of S) with a DDS degree in 2012. While attending university, he joined the Canadian Armed Forces to enhance his practical education in dentistry. After graduating from dental school, Dr. Bevans completed his basic training and was stationed in Cold Lake, Alberta, where he served as an Army Captain until the fall of 2015. In July 2016, Dr. Bevans relocated to Vernon with his young family to begin working as an associate at a dental practice, which he later purchased in April 2017. Dr. Bevans enjoys all aspects of general dentistry, as well as orthodontics and oral surgery.

He is very passionate about his work. Outside of the dental office, he enjoys construction and is an avid hunter. Dr. Bevans loves exploring the outdoors and camping at the lake with his family.
